Welcome to Roar Box Fitness

A welcoming women's boxing fitness community in Worthing where confidence grows, friendships flourish and every woman belongs.

Founded by Qualified England Boxing Level 1 Coach and Creative Wellbeing & Community Practitioner, Ciara Lyons, Roar Box Fitness was created with one simple belief:

Boxing is so much more than fighting.

For me, boxing is an art form.

It's rhythm.

It's movement.

It's expression.

It's learning how your body moves with strength, purpose and confidence.

When we move together, encourage one another and learn new skills, something powerful happens. We become more connected - not only to the people around us, but to ourselves.

That's why every session is about far more than punches and combinations.

It's about moving your body in a way that builds confidence, relieves stress and supports your mental wellbeing.

It's about taking an hour away from the pressures of everyday life to focus on yourself.

To breathe.

To move.

To laugh.

To feel stronger.

Boxing has an incredible ability to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. The combination of movement, focus and rhythm can help reduce stress, clear the mind and leave you feeling more energised, resilient and confident.

For many women, the thought of walking into a traditional boxing gym can feel intimidating. That's why Roar Box Fitness sessions take place in a welcoming community hall, creating a relaxed, supportive environment where local women can enjoy all the benefits of boxing fitness without the pressure of a competitive gym.

There are no egos.

No judgement.

No experience needed.

Just women supporting women.

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, build confidence or simply give yourself an hour to switch off from the outside world, you'll always be welcomed exactly as you are.

At Roar Box Fitness, we're not just teaching boxing.

We're creating a community where movement becomes a way to build confidence, improve wellbeing and discover the strength that's already within you.

Find Your Confidence.

Find Your Community.

Find Your Roar.
